1. How long will it take to get my order?

It will take anywhere between 3-5 days.

2. How can I track my order?

You can track your order by the Tracking ID provided in the confirmation email sent to you.

You can add the coupon code at checkout.

Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for orders over $49.

5. Do you ship outside of the USA?

No, we do not ship outside of the USA.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit and debit cards, we are also able to accept payment through PayPal.

7. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We can issue a refund after we receive the damaged product. Return postage will be paid by the customer.

8. How do I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel order after shipment. Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. If the shipment has not shipped yet, we will try to cancel it.
